I decided to set up Fernando Consulting Ltd so that I could focus on what I'm most passionate about - designing and delivering impactful programs that result in sustainable behavioural change.

I have over 25 years experience as a learning and development leader in professional services firms and previously held roles as Coaching and Highest Performing Teams Leader for EY EMEIA.

I bring deep expertise in design and delivery of leadership skills programs including coaching, performance management, team leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills.

My facilitation style has been described as respectful and engaging with a calm authority that keeps the audience focused on their purpose and outcomes.

I am a strong presenter and facilitator with a wealth of international experience in leading interactive group presentations and training events for large and small multicultural audiences.

I enjoy working one to one with executive teams and their leaders to help them identify their development goals and resulting actions.
